Why Am I Seeing 4:44 on the Clocks?

Tuesday, September 8th, 2009

Q. Hi Beth,
What do you make of this:
4:44 Coincidence
Seeing 4:44 on clocks all week
My Tumbleweed Eternity song is 4:44 min long
Seeing 3:33; 2:22 5:55 on my iphone almost every night,
(I am suddenly awakened and see these times on my iphone)
777 on highway billboard while telling the stories about My 4:44 coincidences.
This happens several times a day, when I check the time. -Jeff

A. Hi, Jeff! Thank you so much for your question! I’m honored to be able to answer it for you!

First of all, these are not coincidences. This is special communication from spirit, a “wake-up” call, if you will. Numbers have specific meanings, and when we pay attention we are guided by them through spirit.

There are a great many people across the world experiencing this phenomenon, which eventually leads to seeing 11:11, 1:11, 9:11, and virtually everything with 11 in it everywhere you go and within everything you do! Most, when they get to 11:11, say it isn’t associated with wanting to know time, but just a pull towards the display. (including myself)

What does it all mean? There is a great wealth of information from others who are experiencing it, sharing their answers to try to help others. You can google 11:11 and read for days!

Some common factors about 11:11ers:

A lifelong feeling of not ever being alone.

Had “imaginary” friends or saw people others did not as a child, ie ghosts, spirits, guides, etc.

A feeling of “landing” in the wrong place, not belonging with family, surroundings, etc.

Negative situations present in childhood that built strength and character.

Many have had brushes with death, ie accidents, fatal illnesses they survived, etc.

Highly creative within the arts or sciences. Other people who are sharing this phenomenon with you are artists, scientists, writers, psychics, mediums, musicians, broadcasters, counselors, psychologists, healers, and the list goes on and on, but all are highly creative, and have always been “in service” to others in one way or another.

A vivid “inner” life

Being empathic, ie, being able to literally feel others’ feelings, whether being aware of it or not. (and also projecting emotion)

These, of course, are only a few….

Here are the answers that have been given to me about this phenomenon by my own guides, and experiences:

When I’ve asked, “What does this mean?” I am told, “You are awakening.”

When I’ve followed with, “To, what?!” I am told, “Consciousness.”

When I asked, “Is there something I should do?” I have been told, “Help raise vibrations.” “Create.” “Write.” “Lift.” “Love.”

The best I can say to you is, pay attention to what is happening right before this happens to you. What were you thinking, doing, etc.? This is a message in itself, and guidance.

Ask for Guidance and it will be given. Meditate. Create. Love.

Where Is a Good Place to Find Help For Empaths?

Tuesday, September 8th, 2009

Q. From a twitter friend: I’m wondering if you’d have any idea of the best place for me to find info. I’m an empath but just recently realized so. Any ideas??

A. There is a great wealth of information out there across the internet that other empaths put out in efforts to help others like yourself. Connecting with others can be a wonderful help, as we often may feel alone with this extraordinary ability.

The best place to learn, truly, though, is within yourself. To learn to better “identify” where feelings belong, spend time meditating daily, ask for help from God, your guide, and your angels. They will guide you.

Things that are beneficial (almost crucial) to your well being as an empath, are:

1. Surround yourself with as many positive and uplifting people as you possibly can.

2. Avoid those who are chronically negative.

3. Find a creative outlet to release all the energies you “absorb” throughout the
day, and USE IT EVERYDAY. (art, writing, poetry, anything creative, as empaths
always also have a creative gift in order to do so.)

4. Practice observing the emotion as it is felt, and identifying where it is coming
from. The more you do this, the easier it gets. This helps to “detach” yourself
from the emotions that do not belong to you.

5. Be very aware of your ability to project emotion to others. We not only absorb,
we also project. Use this ability to uplift others around you. This, in turn,
allows you to “absorb” more positive energy.

When we take in emotion from others that we do not release, we can literally make ourselves physically ill. Both grounding yourself and releasing are very important for your well being!

When Did You First Realize You Were Psychic?

Tuesday, September 8th, 2009

Q. From a twitter friend: When did you first realize you were psychic?

A. Honestly, I don’t know what it is like to not be psychic. I have been able to see and hear things that others do not throughout my entire life. My first memory of “seeing” something and realizing it was not “normal” was between the ages of 3 and 4.

It was not something I was able to really talk to anyone about as a child, although my family always saw me as “different”. There was a great deal of fear that surrounded my gifts throughout my early life, as my parents were afraid for people to know. Because of that, there was a long road to releasing my own fears, further developing, and learning what I was to do with it all!

What Can I Do to Grow As An Empath?

Thursday, May 7th, 2009

Q. What, as an empath, can I do to grow?
http://dailyspiritonline.com

A. Lovely question. Thank you so much for asking. Your question has sparked a future post for another blog as well.

I’m taking your question to mean, what can you personally do to grow as an empath, but have given some general information as well. God Bless.

For all who are empathic, growing as an empath requires a great deal of inward time. You must get comfortable with the constant flow of feelings, learn to detach from them, and have a great way to cope with the constant flow of emotions that continually run through your spirit.

Being an empath, is a beautiful gift. Those who have it are to use it in service of others. Empathic abilities are always a part of a total package of multiple gifts.

Often being an empath is coupled with writing talents, musical talents, or art talents, and coupled with life themes such as Rescue, Humanitarian, Experience, as well as other types that are in service to others. Empaths always have other creative talents in addition to usually more than one metaphysical gift. Their creative talents are a natural way to cope with their constant emotional states.

Empaths, such as yourself, who are here with great writing talents, are here to teach, guide, bring together, and help raise the vibration levels. You have the ability to reach a mass audience.

Those, who are spiritual, usually find their calling within the specturm of light work, teaching and guiding through their creative talents, and other gifts.

Not only do empaths constantly “feel” others and their emotions, they also have the ability to project (and this is often unrealized, even if they do realize they are “feeling” others).

It is important to surround yourself with positive vibrations and support, and always be conscious of your own vibration levels. Negative environments can feel like mortal chaos to empaths, and can throw us completely out of balance if we let them, as well as others around us. Try to avoid them.

Positive thoughts, positive environments, daily meditation, and a creative outlet, as well as asking for help from God, your guides and your angels, will all help you grow as an empath.

We have been given the ability to feel others’ emotions in order to understand, grow, and help others grow.
