The Healing Abilities of Crystals
Crystals have always been known to have special healing abilities and have been used to aid in healing since the beginning of time. They are one of the many tools that our Earth provides to help us during our journeys here
There are many different healing purposes for each specific type of crystal that includes every ailment known to us, and when properly used crystals can bring great benefits for our bodies, spirits, and minds.
There are many different types of crystals and they all have amazing healing properties. These are just a few of my absolute favorites, and a few of their uses.
Turqoise
This beautiful crystal can been found in varieties of more green and more blue. Some of its special healing properties is said to be healing of the mind.
As it is a crystal associated with the throat chakra, it is one of the best-known crystals to help with respiratory problems. Anything having to do with ear, nose, and throat, migraines, and even asthma are aided by turquoise.
It is also one of the crystals that is helpful for skeletal, and immune system ailments.
Turquise has been said to balance and align the chakras, and aide in healing depression. as well as prevent panic attacks. It is also known to bring one into emotional balance.
It is a beautiful stone that is often seen set into different types of jewelry, and worn in many different ways.
Red Jasper
Red Jasper is one of the crystals that is well known for its grounding properties. It is associated with the root chakra, and helps with stability.
It increases stamina, energy, and physical and emotional strength.
It is very helpful in clearing the minds, and reducing stress and anxiety.
Healthwise, it strengthens the heart and helps the circulatory system. It is useful in treating anemia, heart conditions, and detoxing the blood.
Red Jasper rectifies things that are unjust.
It is often called a shaman’s stone.
Amethyst
This beautiful purple stone is well known as one of the crystals that enhances psychic abilities and spiritual awareness.
In addition, it helps with sobriety, and sleep issues including insomnia, and gaining clarity and understanding with dreams.
Healthwise, it is known to boost hormone production, relieve stress, pain, help with the circulatory system, lower high blood pressure, and cleanse blood.

Bloodstone
Bloodstone is another of the crystals known to help cleanse the blood, and improve circulation, and cleanse the lymphatic system. It is also helpful in healing blood-related cancers, and other blood-related illnesses.
It is also known to help with irritability, impatience, feelings of agression, and living in the moment.
It is known to enhance creativity, and increases intuition.
It is a detox stone and helps with detoxing multiple organs such as the liver and bladder.
It is a powerful immune system strengthener.
Hematite
Hematite is the ultimate energy transformer, transforming negative energy into positive energy. It is also a very powerful stone for grounding and protecting us against any negative energies.
It is known as a “mind” crystal. It helps to stimulate focus, and bring calm to a confused, or anxious mind. It also enhances memory as well as concentration and helps bring forth creative ideas.
It is also well known for its balancing properties, balancing yin/yang as well as mind, body, and spirit.
It aids in regulating blood supply, and with conditions such as anemia as it helps with the absorption of iron.
Lemurian Quartz
